Okaloosa Co, FL – 18-Year-Old Man Severely Hurt in US-4 Crash

Okaloosa Co., FL (September 17, 2024) – The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that one man was severely injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Sunday evening, September 15.

Police reports show that 36-year-old Kyle Brandon Frazier was traveling southbound on US Highway 4 at around 7:15 p.m. As he proceeded through the area near the intersection of Gulliver Cutoff, he crashed his vehicle into a second vehicle, which was making a left turn. The driver of the second vehicle, an 18-year-old man from Pensacola, was severely hurt in the crash. He was airlifted from the scene and flown to a trauma center located in Pensacola for emergency care. Frazier was subsequently taken into police custody, where he faces multiple charges related to reckless driving with serious bodily injury and driving under the influence with serious bodily injury. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
