Destin, FL – Auto Wreck on Hwy 98 near Princess Beach Ends in Injuries
Destin, FL (September 16, 2024) - An unknown number of people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Destin area.
At around 11:50 p.m. on September 14, a motor vehicle collision took place on Highway 98 near the Princess Beach area. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and immediately closed off some of the eastbound side of the roadway as they worked to remove the involved vehicles. Emergency medical services were informed that they were needed on-site to care for the injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals. At this time, Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating the crash.
