Car Accidents in Florida

Car accidents happen all too often on Florida roads, and many of these accidents are the result of reckless or careless driving. Distracted driving is a leading cause of these crashes. Simple actions like texting, eating, or even adjusting the radio can easily pull a driver’s attention away from the road, leading to serious accidents. Although state laws are in place to reduce these distractions, the issue remains a significant problem.

Victims of car accidents often suffer severe injuries that require extensive medical care. Florida’s insurance system operates under a no-fault rule, meaning that each driver’s insurance covers their medical expenses and lost wages, regardless of who is at fault for the accident. However, victims may still pursue personal injury claims to seek compensation for other damages they have endured.
