A fatal motor vehicle accident reported in Panama City claimed one person’s life. The incident took place in the 2700 block of Highway 98.
Official reports indicate that a motor vehicle accident involving a truck and a sedan took place as a result of the pickup truck crossing over the center lane of the road. Two people involved in the accident were injured. The driver of the pickup truck was transported to an area hospital for emergency medical care. The driver of the sedan, who was identified as 34-year-old Damien Kerr, was fatally injured. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
