Emergency officials were notified that they were needed at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Quincy area on Sunday evening, August 11.
At around 4:15 p.m., an unknown number of vehicles collided on the westbound side of Interstate 10. The Florida Highway Patrol and firefighters arrived at the scene and immediately closed off a large portion of the roadway near mile marker 184. Crews worked quickly to remove the involved vehicles from the road.
