Florida Highway Patrol troopers were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Crawfordville and ended in injuries. The collision was reported just before 1:30 p.m. on August 18.
Police reports show that an automobile accident occurred on Kickapoo Street. Authorities arrived at the scene and located one of the involved vehicles blocking multiple lanes of the road near Spring Creek Highway. One vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene. Authorities immediately shut down the road to prevent further damage. Emergency medical services were called to the crash to care for injured victims and transport them to area hospitals. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
