A motor vehicle accident reported in the Pensacola area ended in injuries. The Florida Highway Patrol and area firefighters were called to the scene of the accident at around 4:00 p.m. on July 30th.

The police reported that vehicles collided on East Nine Mile Road. The police and
firefighters arrived on site and blocked a portion of the roadway near Chemstrand Road. Paramedics were requested at the crash site to render aid to the victims who sustained injuries. At least one of the people involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
