Auto Accidents in Florida

Car accidents are a frequent and unfortunate occurrence on Florida roads. Many of these accidents are caused by reckless and careless drivers. Distracted driving is a major factor in these crashes. Activities like texting, eating, or adjusting the radio can easily divert a driver’s attention away from the road, leading to serious accidents. Despite state laws aimed at preventing these distractions, the problem continues to be significant.

Victims of car accidents often face severe injuries that need extensive medical attention. In Florida, the insurance system follows a no-fault approach. This means that each driver’s own insurance covers their medical costs and lost wages, no matter who caused the accident. However, victims can still file personal injury claims to get compensation for other damages they may experience.
